• Rental for short breaks of 4 days or less is the weekly tariff less 30%
• Rental for winter lets (October to March) on application
• Changeover day is Saturday
• Linen included, but bring own bath/beach towels
• Cots, highchairs and stairgates are available
• Fridge/freezer, microwave, washer dryer, colour TV, DVD player and garden furniture are provided
  for both cottages
• Full central heating is available on request
• Ample car parking
• Complimentary car park ticket for Downend Beach Car Park
• Non-smokers only
• One dog only - £15.00 per week
